We offer comprehensive advice on the interpretation and effect of the legislation, including the Occupier’s Liability Act 1957 in respect of lawful visitors to the premises, the Occupier’s Liability Act 1984 in respect of trespassers in the workplace, (Health, Safety and Welfare) Regulations 1992.

We can also advise you of the principles of common law negligence including whether or not there is the existence of duty of care between yourself and potential parties such as lawful visitors to the premises.
