Our Property Finance Team advise corporate entities and private individuals on lending matters.

The Team commonly advise on the type of security to be taken (most commonly debentures, guarantees and legal charges) and any relevant Companies Act issues, the ability of borrowers to grant the proposed security (including obtaining legal opinions in relation to companies from jurisdictions outside England & Wales), and the adequacy of any land and buildings over which any legal charge may be being taken.  The team will also arrange for the execution of the security documentation and its registration with Companies House, the Land Registry and any other appropriate body.

The Team regularly advise on loans between £1,000,000.00 and £30,000,000.00 and are frequently involved in multi property refinances and acquisition and development finance.
