Stephanie is a specialist in all areas of employment law and she acts for both companies and individuals. She advises on a broad range of matters such as unfair dismissal, redundancy, contractual entitlements, managing ill-health and long-term absence and the employment issues arising from buying and selling a business. She also has experience in drafting and reviewing employment contracts, service agreements and compromise agreements.
Stephanie regularly presents at seminars and provides training to employers and HR professionals on employment law.
Stephanie is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
