Emma specialises in Intellectual Property and Information Technology law, having developed an early interest in these areas during her studies.
Emma's work covers a broad range of areas including brand protection advice (including trade mark and design registrations), confidential information, copyright, patents, data protection, e-commerce, Internet issues and domain name protection strategies and disputes. She assists other IP/IT Team members on more complex matters.
Emma also advises on a variety of commercial agreements, from terms and conditions of trade and supply agreements to distribution and agency agreements, as well as constitutional matters, including shareholder agreements.
