Diane is a solicitor in the Dispute Resolution Department and has considerable experience in both commercial and corporate litigation.
Her practice includes shareholder disputes, directors duties and companies' liabilities, restrictive covenant litigation and general corporate recovery work.
Diane also practices disputes involving intellectual property infringement issues such as copyright, trademarks, passing off actions etc. She brings a commercial approach to handling disputes and has wide experience in dealing with injunctions, cross border claims, mediation and other forums of alternative dispute resolution.
Diane is a Committee Member of the R3 Womens Insolvency Group.
