Peter is an LLP Partner and head of the Dispute Resolution & Licensing Department and advises a range of companies and businesses in relation to contractual disputes, liabillity claims (employer, product and public), negligence actions, intellectual property disputes and professional negligence.  He is specifically cited in the Legal 500 Directory 2008 as a recognised expert in commercial litigation.

He is a member of the Professional Negligence Lawyers' Association. 

Peter has expert knowledge of directors liabilities and corporate governance including, in particular the issue of corporate manslaughter.

He advises companies not only as to the options open to them as to resolve disputes but also how the organisation might manage its business to minimise the risk of them, in line with the company's business objectives and strategy.

He is a member of the Law Society Personal Injury Panel and has experience in representing the interests of claimants and defendants (including Insurers) in significant personal injury claims, including cases of head injuries and loss of limbs.
