Clive is an LLP Partner in the Dispute Resolution & Licensing Department. His main areas of activity within the Department are Commercial and Insolvency Litigation and Licensing.

Clive is also a longstanding Member of the Personal Injury Panel.

He is recognised as a leader in his field by Chambers UK for Dispute Resolution, and has been involved in a number of reported cases as below:
