Our People

Nick is the firm's Senior LLP Partner. He specialises in commercial property, lending and charity work. For the past 20 years he has acted for banks, lenders and finance companies on all aspects of secured lending work. Nick advises on acquisitions, disposals, options, conditional contracts, landlord and tenant matters, development agreements and related contracts and warranties. He is in charge of business development and administers the firm's tenders.

Nick heads the firm's Charity and Not for Profit Unit advising on setting up of charities; governance and charity trustee liabilities and responsibilities; land transactions; incorporation, mergers and trading.

He lectures to charities on a range of subjects and is a trustee of a number of charities and not for profit organisations.
