Mark is an LLP Partner and is Head of the Commercial Property and Planning Department.
Mark deals with all aspects of commercial property work. In particular he specialises in portfolio work, acquisitions and disposals, development work, options and conditional contracts and Landlord and Tenant.
Mark acts for a wide variety of clients including a number of public authority clients, investor clients and commercial clients. Mark has been involved in a number of public authority developments throughout Hampshire and for portfolio clients with holdings of properties throughout England and Wales.
The 2008 Chambers Guide to legal services acknowledges Mark as a leading individual. Clients appreciate "his clear and logical advice" and "the ease with which he deals with the other side - he knows which issues are worth pursuing and which are not".
