Following a death there are a number of practical and technical matters to deal with.  We know this can be upsetting and onerous for the recently bereaved, we can help to lighten the load.

  • disputes between beneficiaries.

We would be pleased to assist with any aspects of estate administration and will deal with as much or as little as you wish.  For example, an executor may wish to deal personally with routine practical matters but leave technical legal and tax issues to the professionals.
