We at Paris Smith provide a complete service of advice and assistance to businesses within the construction, manufacturing and haulage industries.  This can include a review of both Health & Safety policies and risk assessment as they apply to your individual organisation.

The firm has wide experience in providing support in negotiations and discussions with the Health & Safety Executive and Local Authorities, where necessary attending with you at interviews following investigations for suspected breaches of legislation.  Should it be needed we can also offer representation in both the Magistrates and Crown Court.

 

Regulatory Work 

 

The firm provides advice and assistance to companies in the retail, corporate and service providing sectors of industry.  We can provide assistance with both policy planning and implementation, a review of the organisations policies following any changes in the Legislation and provide advice and assistance for potential breaches.  We have experience representing and providing assistance to companies and their directors in relation to interviews with any of the regulatory enforcement bodies, be it the statutory body or the Local Authority.  When and if it proves necessary, the firm has experience of attendance and representation at the Magistrates and Crown Courts.
