If you are not based near key clients in the Solent region who need representation in the Southampton Employment Tribunal, our Employment team will be happy to assist you with your needs.  The team will accept all types of work from representation at case management discussions and pre-hearing reviews to representation at full hearings (including complex, multi-day, discrimination or TUPE claims).  The Employment Department has a long history of providing agency and advocacy services due to our extensive in-house advocacy experience.  As a result, we are well placed to advise and represent in all claims.

Professional Support

In addition to Tribunal work, the Employment Department can arrange attendance at meetings, site visits, conferences, taking witness statements, inspection of documents and service of documents as well as a multitude of other instructions to enable you to ensure that your service to your clients is of the standard which they would expect.

We pride ourselves on being able to offer an exceptional standard of service which includes:

  • Providing solicitors with specialist expertise when required;
  • Providing email reports at every stage; and
  • The ability and resources to address new developments and immediate concerns.

We can also provide trainees and paralegals to attend court hearings with independently instructed Counsel.

Our Charges

We charge on the basis of an hourly rate although are also able to agree capped fees for interim and final hearings, further details of which can be provided upon enquiry.
