We have advised employers of all sizes to help them get the best from their staff by managing their disciplinary processes correctly. Proactive action is always key to good performance in this area. We have successfully assisted clients to manage their staff issues to avoid unnecessary Employment Tribunal claims.
Where Tribunal proceedings have already been issued we have experience in managing the process to assist Employers during the process in claims relating to unfair dismissal, discrimination etc. In addition, we have successfully claimed on behalf of employees where their employer has failed to carry out the correct procedure, or in circumstances where the employer has acted in a manner to force their employee out of their employment.
