Constructions disputes arise between Developers and their Sub-Contractors and members of the public and their Contractors. They can be costly and time consuming. Our aim is to ensure that such disputes are resolved as quickly as possible and at an affordable cost.
Our experience in the field enables us to identify quickly the nature of the dispute, how best it might be resolved with a view to giving direction to our client and, if necessary, who may be the best expert to assist in resolving the matter, either exclusively for the client or by way of Mediation.
Our experience shows that litigation should be avoided, if at all possible, and alternative means of Dispute Resolution engaged. This may take the form of Arbitration, Adjudication or Mediation. Costs are always a material factor in determining which of these methods of Dispute Resolution would be appropriate having regard to the value of the dispute, and the cost to the client.
